ABOUT AMAX
Distribution, disciplined like aviation.
AMAX was built on a simple belief: getting a product onto a shelf should never feel like a gamble. It should feel like a system that works every time.
ORIGIN STORY
Where AMAX comes from
Before AMAX, our founder Maksim Arsić spent years in aviation, an industry with no room for "almost". Every flight depends on structure, preparation, checklists, and clear communication.
A MISSED DETAIL ISN'T A MISTAKE. IT'S A FAILURE.
When Maksim moved into logistics and began working with high-level clients, he noticed something that didn't add up.
Distribution, a business built on timing, precision, and trust, was being run on improvisation. Orders got lost. Listings fell through. Promises slipped into next week.
So he built AMAX to fix that. A distribution company that runs like a flight deck: with systems, accountability, and zero tolerance for "we'll figure it out."

MISSION
Why AMAX exists
Great products fail every day. Not because the product is wrong, but because distribution breaks somewhere between the manufacturer and the shelf. Fragmented logistics. Limited buyer access. Slow, unclear processes that drain momentum before a brand gets its chance.
We exist to remove that friction. To make retail accessible, predictable, and scalable for serious CPG brands, whether they are launching a first SKU or expanding across multiple chains.
THE AVIATION PRINCIPLE
Built like an airline. Operated like one, too.
Four principles we brought from aviation into how AMAX runs distribution.
In aviation, nothing important is left to instinct. Every action follows a defined procedure because the cost of guessing is too high. We run distribution the same way: planned, structured, and verified at every step, so outcomes are never left to chance.
Pilots don't rely on memory. They rely on checklists. Our operations work the same way, built around repeatable systems and documented processes, so execution never depends on who happens to be on shift that day.
Flight crews speak in clear, structured language because a single misunderstanding can cost everything. We bring that same standard to every conversation with brands, retailers, and our team: direct, specific, and impossible to misread.
Aviation systems are designed to run for decades, not quarters. AMAX is built the same way: for partnerships that compound over years, not for one-off transactions that end when the first invoice is paid.
WHAT WE BELIEVE
What we stand for
We execute with consistency, precision, and speed. When a commitment is made, delivery follows. No exceptions.
Clear communication at every stage of the process. Full visibility across orders, logistics, and operations.
We take ownership from first contact to final delivery. Problems are addressed directly and resolved quickly.
We build lasting relationships, not quick transactions. Growth comes from trust, alignment, and shared success.
TEAM
Built by people who understand retail
A team that combines logistics operators, retail commercial experience, and brand-side thinking, so every conversation, from buyer pitch to delivery confirmation, is handled by someone who knows what's on the other end.

Maksim Arsić
Maksim's path to distribution started in the air. He spent years in aviation, an industry where preparation is everything and improvisation is not an option. Every flight depends on structure, checklists, and clear communication, and that environment shaped how he thinks about operations to this day: disciplined, accountable, and built to perform under pressure.

Before founding AMAX Distribution, Maksim worked in fast-paced environments where attention to detail, adaptability, and discretion were essential. Working directly with high-level clients taught him what dependable service looks like when the stakes are high: anticipating problems before they happen, communicating clearly when plans change, and delivering exactly what was promised, every time.
When he moved into logistics, he saw how rare that standard was in distribution. Deadlines were treated as suggestions. Communication was left to chance. The quality of execution depended on whoever happened to pick up the phone. For an industry built on timing and trust, too much was running on improvisation. He founded AMAX to do it differently.
Aviation remains the core of his leadership philosophy. Inspired by the way airlines turn complexity into reliability through systems and checklists, he applies the same principles to fulfillment and distribution: clear procedures, defined responsibility, and scalable operations designed for long-term growth rather than quick fixes.
Today, Maksim runs AMAX like a flight operation. Brands working with him always know where their product is, what happens next, and who is accountable for it. His leadership style is hands-on and long-term: fewer promises, more delivery. Fewer transactions, more partnerships built to last.
